Victor Palmeiro received his Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from the University of Maryland in 2001 and his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) as well as his Juris Doctorate (J.D., law degree) from Georgetown University in 2006.

Since starting his law practice in 2008, Victor Palmeiro has helped over 5,000 consumers get a fresh start through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Victor credits his success to his past clients who continue to refer him their friends and family.

Victor Palmeiro is an active member in local bankruptcy associations. He was born and raised in Maryland. In 2013 Victor married his wife Rachel and they now live in Olney, Maryland, with their four children and energetic dog.
